L’UEMOA prévoit un visa commun

UEMOA_logox495L’Union économique et monétaire ouest-africaine (Uemoa) a lancé jeudi la première étape de son projet : établir un visa unique valable sur la zone de coopération en 2011.

Dès le 1er octobre 2009, tous ceux qui entreront dans un pays de l’Uemoa  avec un visa émis par cet état pourront circuler librement dans les autres pays de l’union sans formalité ni coût supplémentaire.

Le Bénin, le Burkina Faso, la Côte d’Ivoire, la Guinée Bissau, le Mali, le Niger, le Sénégal et le Togo se sont unis en 1994 pour établir les fondations d’un marché commun basé sur la libre circulation des personnes, des biens, des services et des capitaux en vue de l’intégration sous-régionale.

    This is a great thing. At least some good news coming from Africa. When would we have this for CEMAC. Big choppers there. Let’s wait and see. Omer

      Bro, we still need to fix some stuff with Equatorial Guinea. Our people living in that country were having some difficult times lately. If we resolve that then It will be much more easier for politicians to act.
