On August 7, 2011 Jean-Jacques Ekindi, candidate in the upcoming presidential elections, delivered a speech before several hundred of people at the Ayaba Hotel in Bamenda. Hon. Ekindi, the Charismatic coordinator of the Progressive Movement, ceased the occasion to showcase his talent as a great orator. After laying out the country’s diagnosis with eloquence, Ekindi made bold proposals that he intends to follow through when he becomes the next president of Cameroun.
Among the proposals, the return to a federal government composed of ten states. In addition, Ekindi plans to overhaul the constitution of Cameroon so that every Cameroonian be fairly treated and moreover, expands the opportunity to those who are left out under the Biya‘s regime. Furthermore, he proposes to change the entire system.
To conclude, Ekindi, also known as the “Lion Hunter,” declared that the “lion hunting season is now open.”
