What Michelle Obama wears to the State of the Union address is of great consequence. After all, it was during her husband’s address to Congress last February that Michelle Obama dared to bare her arms in a sleeveless Narciso Rodriguez ensemble.
For Wednesday night’s State of the Union, the first lady wore a long-sleeved, plum-colored dress by designer Isaac Mizrahi topped off with a strand of pearls. Take a closer look below.
