Conrad Murray Charged In Michael Jackson’s Death: Manslaughter

Jackson’s parents, Joe and Katherine Jackson arrived at the courthouse adjacent to Los Angeles International Airport around noon on Monday. Also attending were the pop star’s brother Jermaine and several other family members.

Shortly before they arrived, prosecutors announced that Dr. Conrad Murray had been charged with one count of involuntary manslaughter for Jackson’s death last year as he was preparing for a series of comeback concerts.

Murray is expected to surrender later today.
